Autumn is a time of transition where the light begins to shift, energy softens, and routines slowly adjust. Many people feel this change in their body before they fully register it in their mind. There can be a sense of heaviness, a slight loss of momentum, or a feeling of being less anchored in daily life.
In a fast and automated world that rarely pauses, seasonal transitions can quietly disrupt your rhythm. This is where Your Autumn Journey comes in. It becomes your daily grounded ritual, a steady place to return to each day as the season changes around you.
As daylight shortens and routines adjust, your nervous system works harder to recalibrate. Energy can fluctuate, motivation can dip, and even small tasks may feel heavier.
Building physical strength during this time is not about intensity or performance. It is about creating stability inside your body when the environment is shifting outside of you.
A steady daily practice improves circulation, supports your joints, regulates your breath, and gives your system a reliable rhythm to anchor into.

This is a structured 30 day yoga pathway created to help you remain physically strong and mobile while also supporting your nervous system. Rather than pushing harder, it invites you to build consistency with clarity and intention. You are not left wondering what to practise or how long to move. The structure is already there, gently guiding you forward and giving you a rhythm you can return to every day.
WHAT THIS JOURNEY SUPPORTS
Over the course of the journey, you will build functional strength in your legs, hips, and core while maintaining mobility and joint health.
The practices are designed to support both physical resilience and nervous system regulation, so you feel anchored and clear as autumn unfolds.
What begins as a short daily session gradually becomes a ritual that supports your energy, your focus, and your overall wellbeing.
WHAT YOU GET
30 guided yoga sessions
Each practice is 15 to 20 minutes and designed to fit into a real schedule.
A clear weekly pathway:
- Week 1: Arriving into autumn - Settle into your body and the rhythm of the season.
- Week 2: Building strength and stability – Develop steady, grounded energy through your daily practice.
- Week 3: Deepening your practice – Move with more awareness, ease, and confidence.
- Week 4: Integration – Carry strength, steadiness, and calm into your everyday life.
Alongside the physical practices, you will receive simple journaling prompts and small seasonal rituals to help you stay connected to the shift in energy around you.
We begin together on the Autumn Equinox, March 21st, marking the transition intentionally and collectively.
You will have 35 days of access to complete the 30 day journey. This gives you extra time to continue at your own pace even if school holidays or Easter fall during the program.
If life becomes fuller for a few days, you can pause and continue without stress. The structure supports you, but it also respects your life.

HOW IT WORKS
What
Once you join, each session will be uploaded daily, one at a time, so you can simply press play and follow along. The sequence is carefully guided so you do not need to plan or decide anything, allowing you to settle into a steady daily rhythm.
How
The daily practices build progressively across the four weeks, guiding your body to develop strength, steadiness, and ease in a way that feels natural rather than rushed. Each 15 to 20-minute session supports a rhythm you can return to every day.
Where
All videos will be accessible through your Anne Po Yoga user dashboard through Kajabi which you can access on your computer as well as on the Kajabi mobile app. that you can download for free.
Your Autumn Journey runs from March 21 to April 24, 2026.
If you miss a day, you can always catch up and continue the journey at your own pace.

Seasonal shifts have always felt significant to me. I feel them in my body before I see them on the calendar. Autumn, in particular, invites a quieter and more inward quality of strength.
I created Your Autumn Journey to offer a guided pathway through this shift, so you do not have to navigate it alone. I will be there each day, guiding you.

Hi, I'm Anne Pauline, also named Anne Po,
Originally from France, I found my home in Christchurch, New Zealand, where I have been teaching yoga full time since 2014.
As an E RYT 500 with over 5,000 hours of teaching experience, my work is rooted in both depth and care. My greatest joy is guiding people back to themselves, helping them feel stronger, calmer, and more confident in their body and mind.
Drawing from my background in Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga, my classes are powerful and challenging, yet always compassionate and respectful of your body.
