HOW IT WORKS
Each day of the week, you will receive a pre-recorded video (30 to 35min) focused on different areas of your body.
Each new video will be mapped out day-by-day and will be easily accessible via your user dashboard on Kajabi.
The course will start on May 30th 2022. But if you cannot start on that date, it's totally fine to start few days later or whenever you can.

Originate from France, I found happiness and freedom in Christchurch, New Zealand where I teach yoga full time since 2014.
I'm an E-RYT 500 with over 5,000 hours of teaching experience, and my absolute greatest joy in the world is to help people reconnect to themselves, their body and their mind. I like to empower them to feel stronger, better, calmer and more confident.
