  • Each video lasts 30 to 35 minutes and focuses on a specific part of the body (legs, glutes, abs, back, arms & shoulders).
  • Downloadable videos for you to train without any Internet connection when and where you want. 
  • A private community to exchange and share experiences, developments, transformations.
  • Bonus yoga sessions along the cours of different styles and lengths.

Hi I'm Anne Po,

Originate from France, I found happiness and freedom in Christchurch, New Zealand where I teach yoga full time since 2014.

I'm an E-RYT 500 with over 5,000 hours of teaching experience, and my absolute greatest joy in the world is to help people reconnect to themselves, their body and their mind. I like to empower them to feel stronger, better, calmer and more confident. 

Based on my various trainings in Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga, you can expect my classes to be powerful and challenging yet gentle and compassionate with your body.
