Hi, I'm Anne Pauline, also named Anne Po,

 

Originally from France, I found my home in Christchurch, New Zealand, where I have been teaching yoga full time since 2014.

 

As an E RYT 500 with over 5,000 hours of teaching experience, my work is rooted in both depth and care. My greatest joy is guiding people back to themselves, helping them feel stronger, calmer, and more confident in their body and mind.

 

Drawing from my background in Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga, my classes are powerful and challenging, yet always compassionate and respectful of your body.
