For one week, I challenge you to show up for yourself 5 days in a row by practicing yoga with me in the comfort of your own house and at the time of your choice.

With this 5-DAY Strength Through Yoga Discovery Challenge, give yourself the gift of 30 minutes of self-care to reconnect to you!

These short, targeted yoga sequences will strengthen your body, make you feel alive, refreshed, rejuvenated, stronger and more flexible so why not try?

 

 

Each day of the week, you will have access to a pre-recorded yoga video (30 to 35 min) from me to practice focused on the different areas of your body: legs, glutes, core, back and arms.

 

IN THE NEXT 5 DAYS, I WILL SHOW YOU: 

That it is possible to feel your muscles working, to start building strength in the comfort of your house. 
The freedom to practice yoga whenever and wherever you want.
What it's like to show up for yourself, your well-being and your body while practicing yoga in a dynamic, original and fun way!

 HOW IT WORKS:

 

What: Each day of the week, you will have access to a pre-recorded video (30 to 35min) from me to practice, focused on different areas of your body: legs, glutes, core, back and arms.

Where: Each new video will be mapped out day-by-day and will be easily accessible via your user dashboard on Kajabi.

When: The challenge will start on Monday, May 29th 2023  and end on Friday, June 2nd 2023.

Hi, I'm Anne Po,

Originate from France, I found happiness and freedom in Christchurch, New Zealand where I teach yoga full time since 2014.

I'm an E-RYT 500 with over 5,000 hours of teaching experience, and my absolute greatest joy in the world is to help people reconnect to themselves, their body and their mind. I like to empower them to feel stronger, better, calmer and more confident. 

Based on my various trainings in Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga, you can expect my classes to be powerful and challenging yet gentle and compassionate with your body.
