4 weeks to move, strengthen and reconnect with yourself this Spring

BEGINNING ON THE SPRING EQUINOX

JOIN THE SPRING YOGA CHALLENGE

A new season. A fresh start. A chance to reconnect with your body, your breath and your yoga practice.

As winter comes to an end and the days become brighter, the Spring Yoga Challenge invites you to create space for movement, strength, energy and wellbeing.

Over four weeks, you will receive a new collection of yoga and wellbeing practices each week, designed to help you gradually transition from winter into spring.

  • You choose how you practice.
  • You choose what your body needs.
  • You choose how much time you have.

No pressure, no perfect routine required,

Just 4 weeks to move, strengthen and reconnect.

SPRING IS A TIME TO BEGIN AGAIN

The arrival of spring naturally brings a feeling of renewal.

The days become longer, the light returns, nature starts to bloom and we often feel ready to move, get outside and reconnect with ourselves.

But after winter, your body and your yoga practice might need a little encouragement:

  • Maybe you have lost your usual routine
  • Maybe you feel stiff or sluggish
  • Maybe your energy has been lower than usual

Maybe you simply want to feel stronger, more mobile and more connected to your body again.

You are not alone. And you do not need to completely reinvent yourself. Sometimes you simply need a reason to begin again.

THIS SPRING, GIVE YOURSELF 4 WEEKS TO:

  • Move your body & build strength
  • Improve mobility & reconnect with your breath
  • Create space to slow down
  • Refresh your yoga practice
  • Feel more energised and confident

WHY THE SPRING EQUINOX?

The Spring Equinox marks a natural point of transition.

It is the moment when day and night are almost equal, and a beautiful reminder that we are moving from one season into another.

Rather than starting another challenge on an arbitrary date, we begin together on the Spring Equinox.

A new season, a fresh beginning, a moment to pause, reset your routine and decide how you want to move into the months ahead.

YOUR 4 WEEK SPRING JOURNEY

Each week has its own focus and builds naturally towards the next.

You will receive new content weekly rather than day by day, giving you the freedom to choose the practices that suit your body, your energy and your schedule.

WEEK 1

GROUND

September 23 to September 29

Begin by slowing down, reconnecting and creating a strong foundation.

This week is about noticing where you are right now, settling into your practice and creating space for change.

Expect grounding practices, gentle movement, breathing, meditation and opportunities to reconnect with yourself.

Focus: Grounding

Quality: Stillness

WEEK 2

MOVE

September 30 to October 6

Create more space and movement.

This week encourages you to explore fluidity, mobility and freedom in your body while letting go of some of the stiffness and heaviness that may have built up during winter.

Expect practices that help you move, release tension and reconnect with your natural energy.

Focus: Movement

Quality: Fluidity

WEEK 3

STRENGTHEN

October 7 to October 13

Wake up your energy and reconnect with your physical strength.

You will explore stronger practices that challenge you while encouraging you to listen to and work with your body.

Strength is not about pushing harder for the sake of it, it is about building confidence, awareness and the ability to move with intention.

Focus: Strength

Quality: Vitality

WEEK 4

EXPAND

October 14 to October 20

You have grounded, moved, strengthened. Now it is time to bring everything together.

This final week is about feeling more open, confident and energised as you move into the season ahead.

Create space to honour your body, recognise your progress and bring your growth into daily life.

Focus: Expansion

Quality: Lightness

7 WAYS TO PRACTISE EACH WEEK

Every week brings a balanced selection of practices so you can choose what your body and mind need that day.

1 BREATHING PRACTICE

Beginner friendly breathing exercises to help you connect with your breath and create a sense of calm and awareness.

1 MEDITATION

Beginner friendly guided meditation to support focus, relaxation and self connection.

1 YIN YOGA PRACTICE

A gentle and slow practice designed to calm the body and soothe the mind.

1 GENTLE YOGA FLOW

Simple, accessible movement with lower intensity and plenty of space to listen to your body.

2 DYNAMIC YOGA FLOWS

More energetic practices with flowing movement and opportunities to build strength, stamina and confidence.

1 UNIQUE WEEKLY PRACTICE

A creative yoga experience created specifically around the theme of the week.

Every week brings something different, so your practice stays varied and engaging.

PLUS:

7 JOURNAL PROMPTS EACH WEEK

Take a few moments to pause and reflect.

The weekly prompts are designed to encourage self awareness, clarity and personal reflection alongside your physical practice.

You do not need to be a regular journal writer, just bring a little curiosity.

1 WEEKLY EXPERIENCE TO SPARK CURIOSITY AND GROWTH

Each week includes an additional experience designed to invite you to try something different, explore a new perspective or gently step outside your usual routine.

Sometimes growth begins with simply being willing to try something new.

YOGA THAT FITS INTO YOUR LIFE

NO PERFECT ROUTINE REQUIRED

This is not a challenge where you have to tick a box every single day.

You do not have to complete every session. You do not have to practise for an hour. You do not have to be flexible. You do not have to be experienced.

You simply need to begin.

Choose the practice that suits your body, your energy and your schedule.

Some days you might have 10 minutes. Some days you might have 30. Some days you might need Yin. Other days you might want something stronger.

And sometimes, you might need a rest day.

That is all part of building a sustainable relationship with your practice.

 SCHOOL HOLIDAYS?

NO PROBLEM.

The New Zealand school holidays run from September 26 to October 11, right in the middle of the challenge.

That is exactly why the Spring Yoga Challenge is designed around flexibility.

You can practise at home, while travelling or take your practice with you during the holidays.

You can pause when life gets busy, catch up later or repeat your favourite sessions.

There is no need to choose between your yoga practice and everything else happening in your life.

YOUR PRACTICE SHOULD FIT INTO YOUR LIFE.

NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND.

4 WEEKS TO PRACTISE,

8 WEEKS TO MAKE IT YOUR OWN.

All 4 weeks of the Spring Yoga Challenge are now available for you to explore at your own pace.

NOVEMBER 20, 2026

ACCESS ENDS

You have until Nov. 20 to catch up, repeat your favourite practices and make the challenge your own.

You will have plenty of time to make the Spring Yoga Challenge work around your life.

Catch up if you miss a week, repeat your favourite practices, explore sessions you did not have time for or create your own combination of practices.

4 weeks of guided content +  4 additional weeks to practise.

You decide how you use it.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

By the end of the 4 weeks, you may notice that you feel:

  • More energised
  • Stronger
  • More mobile
  • More connected to your body
  • Calmer and more focused
  • More confident in your movement
  • More motivated to practise
  • More connected to your yoga

Most importantly, you will have given yourself 4 weeks to pause, move, explore and reconnect.

And hopefully, you will leave the challenge with something that lasts beyond November.

A practice that feels good enough to come back to.

Words from previous participants

"I’m grateful I started this journey, I definitely feel more flexible. I don’t want to stop practicing yoga! Most importantly, starting from week 2, I noticed my mind feels healthier and sharper, which has helped me perform better at work. I also feel more confident in myself and my body." D.

"I think it was perfect! I found it easy to follow and complete. I learned new things that I wasn't expected and loved that I had the option to practice meditation and breathing days. I felt It was also very encouraging to not skip any day due to the different time lengths and options. I liked the length of the sessions. 30 minutes is much more practical when fitting in around work." M.

"The Spring Yoga Challenge was very good, even better and different than I expected. Very varied, interesting and thoughtfullly focussed experiences. I liked the inclusion of meditation and experiential exercises, not just yoga flows." A.
