WHAT IS INSIDE:
Â
This Spring Yoga Challenge is divided into 4 weeks which each represent a stage of transition and transformation from winter to spring season.
Each week has its own particular theme and builds on the previous one.
Thus, the content will be uploaded online week by week and not day by day to give you the freedom to select the yoga session best suited to your mood, your motivation or the time you have available.

WEEK 1
Will be dedicated  to refocus, to find calm in oneself and to anchor oneself in order to develop solid foundations.Â
It will be the perfect time for you to make a diagnosis of your current physical and mental situation while beginning to embrace some changes through sessions of yoga, meditation, breathing exercise as well as other surprises and experiences that will go in this direction.
If this week was represented by an element: it would be that of the earth, a chakra: that of the root, a keyword: grounding, an inner state: stillness.

WEEK 2
Will be dedicated to changes, creativity and feelings.
There will be a contribution of fluidity, of movement in order to declutter, detoxify the body and the mind of the last remnants of winter.
It will be the ideal time to let go, free yourself from what bothers you, weights you down to give more space to your joy of living and your vitality.
If this week was represented by an element: it would be that of the water, a chakra: that of the sacral, a keyword: movement, an inner state: feelings.

WEEK 3
Will be the week of awakening, transformation, energy, inner power and strength.
It will be the perfect time to wake up, rebuild yourself, assert yourself, strengthen yourself physically and mentally.
Self-esteem, self-confidence, discipline and the courage to move forward may be challenged here.
If this week was represented by an element: it would be that of the fire, a chakra: that of the solar plexus, a keyword: transformation, an inner state: vitality.

WEEK 4
Will be one of growth, lightness, radiance, cheerfulness and love.
It will be the perfect time for you to focus on finding balance and expansion while showing compassion and kindness to yourself.
If this week was represented by an element: it would be that of the air, a chakra: that of the heart, a keyword: balance, an inner state: joy.
Â
--> At the end of these four weeks, you will feel refreshed, motivated and ready to shine, soar and radiate again!
What’s Included Each Week

- 1 breathing exercise (pranayama) – Beginner friendly
- 1 meditation - Beginner friendly
- 1 Yin yoga (very gentle and slow practice to calm the body and soothe the mind like a “moving meditation”) - Beginner friendly

- 2 Dynamic yoga flows (dynamic moving workout with only few breaks and rest between poses. Energetic movements that can sometimes be challenging) - Intermediate level
- 1 specific and creative yoga flow (specifically created on the theme of the week, these unique flows do not refer to any particular style of yoga and vary each week)
-->Â Each of these yoga sessions (excluding breathing exercises and meditations)Â last between 10 and 30 minutes so you can easily fit them into your busy schedule.
PLUS:Â
- 7 journal prompts: Recognized wellness technique, journaling offers many benefits such as stress reduction, self-discovery, mood improvement, negative thoughts release, emotional processing, clarity of thoughts, etc.

Words from previous participants

"I’m grateful I started this journey, I definitely feel more flexible. I don’t want to stop practicing yoga! Most importantly, starting from week 2, I noticed my mind feels healthier and sharper, which has helped me perform better at work. I also feel more confident in myself and my body." D.

"I think it was perfect! I found it easy to follow and complete. I learned new things that I wasn't expected and loved that I had the option to practice meditation and breathing days. I felt It was also very encouraging to not skip any day due to the different time lengths and options. I liked the length of the sessions. 30 minutes is much more practical when fitting in around work." M.

"The Spring Yoga Challenge was very good, even better and different than I expected. Very varied, interesting and thoughtfullly focussed experiences. I liked the inclusion of meditation and experiential exercises, not just yoga flows." A.
